We are looking to fill a Full Time Senior Guest Relations Associate position (40 hours a week) with our team at Riley Hospital. Candidates will be required to work Monday- Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, no weekends or holidays.

The Senior Guest Relations Associate serves as a liaison between the organization, patients and their families. They provide explanation on the organization's policies and procedures to patients and communicates their problems, questions and concerns to appropriate staff members. The Senior Guest Relations Associate provides mentoring of less senior guest relation associates. They will provide feedback to guest relations team lead of trainee strengths and weaknesses. They will assist team leads with projects to improve operations. The Senior Guest Relations Associate will recommend policy and procedure review and recommend changes when appropriate. They are responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. They model a concierge level of customer service.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3-5 years or previous concierge level customer service experience required.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact required.
• Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are preferred.
