Customer Service Representative I - CALL CENTER
Job Description
Overview
This role is part of the Enteral Nutrition Services Call Center. Assists patients with refills for home nutrition products via phone or online form. Each representative is assigned a patient population for relationship building. Coordinates issue resolution with physician offices and other nutrition areas as necessary. This is a work from home position after a 2 week in-person training period at our downtown Indianapolis office. Must demonstrate proficiency prior to and while working from home. Call center and/or medical office experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding preferred.
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
• Requires working knowledge of computers.

- High School Diploma/GED. No experience required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding preferred.
