Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a HR Analyst - Oracle Cloud to join the Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS)team at our Indianapolis Landmark Building with weekly remote opportunities. 

This HR Analyst role will lead Human Capital Management (HCM) workstreams on the ERP team. Below are some bullet points that outline this role in a little more detail:

• Partner with the business and key stakeholders on HCM enhancements to the Oracle Cloud
• Participate in Oracle Cloud projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Oracle optimization related to information technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity
• Lead Configuration work for HCM modules
• Review, maintain and map new/existing business processes
• Execute the day-to-day responsibilities for leadership including process design, implementation, and project reviews
• Review business processes, releases, testing and advise leadership on new functionality coming out
  • Liaison between the business and ERP Teams (i.e., Security, Tech, integrations, Reporting, PMO & OCM)

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
• Requires 5-7 years of experience in one or both of the following areas:
• Experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom).
• Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
• Requires experience with professional software.
• Requires project management skills.
• Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
• Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
