Job Description

Overview

Apply for the Applications Analyst role with IU Health! The working hours will be M-F approx 8-4:30pm with some on-call rotation. This will be a hybrid schedule with onsite responsibilities in Indianapolis as well as weekly remote opportunities! This role will be part of the Clinical IS - Interoperability Division department within the Consumer Exchange team.

Supports the Consumer Exchange team with a focus on enhancing the patient care experience by connecting patients with their care teams and health information. Works on a team of analysts that support a portfolio of applications with a focus on Virtual Care, IU Health’s Patient Portal, Twistle Consumer Engagement Platform, and Cerner Message Center for providers.

  • Responsible for the support of Cerner applications including Message Center as well as 3rd party vendor solutions.
  • Development and management of vendor relationships is vital to this role.
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders through governance processes, solution development, and solution roadmaps.
  • Responsible for safe, governed design and configuration of owned solutions to maintain stability of clinical technologies.

 Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
•0-3 years of experience required.
• Requires knowledge of multi application environments.
• Prefers experience with databases or clinical systems.
