Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Coordinator to join the Clinical Information Services team at our Landmark Building in Indianapolis. This role is Hybrid.
The Project Coordinator will support the Clinical Information Services division in managing the system enhancement process. They will coordinate the planning tasks associated with system enhancements including defining scope, resources and timelines. The role involves heavy use of Excel spreadsheets, so Excel skills, especially in creation of pivot tables and lookup tables is a must. When not managing the system enhancement process, the Project Coordinator will support the Enterprise Imaging program by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, creating meeting minutes, and managing customer communications.
