Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Financial Analyst (Reimbursement) to join the Revenue Management team at our Indianapolis location on a weekly Hybrid Schedule.
The successful applicant will be responsible for completing 2-4 Medicare/Medicaid cost reports. Will be responsible for the Wage Index and Occupational Mix surveys. Will also complete the Medicaid DSH Eligibility surveys as well as the HSL surveys as appropriate. Will calculate and post the monthly entries to estimate the cost report settlements. Will also calculate reimbursement impacts for various scenarios provided by Leadership. Supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data. Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making. Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.
