Overview

Job Description:

Develops and maintains new and existing software systems and/or applications for internal use under general supervision. Provides support on development projects. Identifies the system problems and/or inefficiencies then works with the technical team to design and develop software solutions to these problems and inefficiencies within the Workforce Management/ Kronos sphere. Participates in full Kronos/ Workforce Management development life cycle including requirements analysis. Supports, maintains, and documents software functionality. Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Consults with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Engineering (any) or closely related field. Foreign equivalent accepted;
2. 12 months or more providing technical support for the Kronos software environment;
3. 12 months experience as a Software Engineer or Software Analyst;
4. Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is acceptable
