Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Revenue and Reimbursement Services team at our Indianapolis Location . 

The Senior Financial Analyst supports prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling. Performs monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, prepares pro formas  based on historical, comparative, and projection data.  Provides accurate analysis to support outcome and impact based decision making.  Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
•Requires 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
• Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
• Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; SQL database, Power BI Reporting, financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
