This is a meaningful opportunity to join our Executive Recruitment team as a Senior Executive Recruiter, working directly with business and enterprise leaders on senior leader hiring needs across all areas of the business. This role is located in Indianapolis, Indiana and is a hybrid role.
The Senior Executive Recruiter will attract and recruit IU Health’s most senior level talent at the Director to C-Suite levels. This team member will have an impact on shaping the leadership recruitment methodology to ensure a high-touch, concierge approach with an emphasis on creating a personalized stakeholder and candidate experience. The Senior Executive Recruiter will act as a key advisor to senior leadership regarding successful executive search that is rooted in diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities Include:
This position reports directly to the Director – Executive Recruitment and will serve alongside one senior recruiter, one project manager, and one coordinator. The Senior Executive Recruiter will be part of a larger Talent Acquisition team with nearly 100 team members state-wide, and a Human Resources team with nearly 300 team members state-wide.
