Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics team for the Department of Neonatology.

This RN position creates transition of care summaries for the department of Neonatology to assist in providing a seamless transition to the Primary Care Provider or outside NICU if transferred. It is a hybrid remote position that works as needed.

This Data Analyst requires knowledge of the neonatal patient and disease processes to include congenital heart disease. Provides data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives. Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives. Provides data analysis support, report generation, data validation, and serves as an expert user, providing training for additional system users.

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
• Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred. RN Strongly preferred.
• NICU and Cerner experience strongly preferred.
