Job Description

Overview

IU Health is looking for a customer service minded professional to join our Physician Recruitment team! As a Physician Recruiter, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and a high quality recruitment experience to the leaders and future providers of IU Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal customers to provide strategic and tactical talent acquisition expertise.
  • Sourcing candidates by researching, cold calling, warm calling, emailing, texting, etc.
  • Manages comprehensive recruiting processes, which includes posting positions, reviewing & interviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, tracking & providing data, etc.
  • Participates in meetings and events related to physician and provider recruitment

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • Healthcare recruitment experience
  • ATS/CRM experience
  • Sourcing experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in team environment

 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience. Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts.
• Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
• Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization.
