Are you a Registered Polysomnographic Technician looking for the next step in your career?

The Polysomnographic Department offers our team members the opportunity to develop and grow their skills and scope of practice in Polysomnographic testing.   • Successful completion of a polysomnography program, of no less than 1 year duration, associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility; or successful completion of a medical program leading to a minimum of an AS degree associated with state licensure; or leading to a certification in a medical program. (ie: Respiratory Care, Nursing, Medical Assistant).
  • Or a minimum of 6 months of experience as Polysomnographic Trainee with documented proficiency in all required competencies.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • Pass the board exam and become a credentialed (RPSGT) or certified by ABSM as a Registered Sleep Technologist within 2 years of hire.
  • Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
