Overview
As a leader in the Project Planning and Operations Department, the Program Manager plays an essential roll in driving plans that will form the experience for patients, families, team members and the community at the new IU Health Downtown Academic Health Center. The Program Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of operational planning projects in coordination with clinical, technical and facility teams. This is a truly unique opportunity to be part of the team transforming the Adult Academic Health Center.
The Program Manager drives the development, management, and coordination of program activities and services. Contributes to budgeting and resource allocation planning to ensure that the program meets the overall objectives and initiatives. Evaluates current practices; develops and implements a course of action to remedy any deficiencies with respect to departmental policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Acts a liaison to other departments and collaborates with internal and external partners ensuring the delivery of optimal service and/or patient care.
