Job Description

Overview

This position is responsible for supporting Revenue Cycle Services as a part of the RCS Legal & Audit department. The incumbent would work within our Risk Management team and closely alongside our Compliance team by assisting with the management of identified risks and working directly with key business stakeholders throughout the Risk Management process.  Strong investigation, organization, documentation, presentation, and communication skills are beneficial. The ideal candidate would also have experience with data analysis and be willing to perform data-driven audits, create detailed audit reports, and collect evidential documentation for audit engagements. Hands on Cerner Invision (SMS) and/or IDX billing system knowledge would be valuable along with working knowledge of other various RCS systems.  If you enjoy working and collaborating in a team environment on a wide range of topics with stakeholders across the organization and validate that risks are mitigated, this position is for you!

 Bachelors degree preferred. Requires proficiency in MS Excel and Access. Experience in a healthcare, accounting or corporate finance setting strongly preferred.
