WIC provides supplemental nutrition, education and breastfeeding support in our clinics. We currently serve Monroe, Knox, Daviess and Greene counties and travel to other county clinics will be required for this position.
This position is responsible for assessments and referrals as needed to local resources, prescribing food packages based on assessments, determining nutritional risks, providing nutrition education, develop and implement nutrition care for low-risk participants, identification of participants needs for individual care and follow up with a qualified nutritionist.
Monday - Friday - Rotating Clinics/Counties.
Schedule Flexible 24-32 working hours per week; One evening shift required per week 1030-7pm
No weekends! No holidays!
