Communicating specifically to our physician audiences, the Marketing Associate performs a wide variety of functions for the Specialty Care Marketing team and supports the achievement of strategic marketing objectives for our clinical destinations, and national reputation initiatives through the execution of tactical marketing plans.

The Marketing Associate work on a variety of system brand priorities as deemed appropriate and be a part of a high-performing team.
Key activities:
The ideal candidate will have up to 2-5 years of marketing experience. The candidate should have strong project management skill, be a self-starter, critical thinker, highly organized, resourceful, strong written and verbal communicator, collaborator, has keen attention to detail, and a desire to pursue a career in healthcare marketing for a mission-driven organization.
The marketing, experience and communication organization at IU Health is comprised of many different teams and focus areas, including system and service line marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing, patient experience, research and analytics, social media, internal and corporate communications, and public relations, which offers many unique opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.
