Job Description

Overview

Position Summary

This position provides project management support to leaders and team members. Assists with and supports team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results. Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment. Assesses situations, gathers appropriate information and input, and makes recommendations to leaders. Ensure quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supports Director of Imaging in all administrative tasks such as schedule management, computer issues, phone screening, document management, and research.
  • Support ECR Radiology leadership in project development, paying invoices, onboarding, ERP guidance, assistance in ordering special supplies, reimbursement, timekeeping issues, and anything the Director would assign as a responsibility of the Project Coordinator.    
  • Reminds staff & maintains current record on all credentials for the ECR.
  • Maintains timekeeping responsibilities.
  • Management/creation of policies & procedures.
  • Vender account management (generating Purchase Orders & tracking standing POs)
  • Generating reports in Discern Analytics
  • Keeping minutes for monthly leadership & quarterly safety meetings.
  • Promotes employee engagement through planning tech week, keeping recognition drawer stocked, and encouraging supervisors to recognize team members with positive survey feedback.

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• Clinical license and/or other certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• 0-3 years of experience is required.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required.
• Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
