Overview
The Riley Cheer Guild is the 100-year-old hospital auxiliary for Riley Children’s Health and University Hospital. This role will serve staff, patients, and community members by coordinating projects specifically related to the non-profit financial and in-kind donations, fundraisers, financial reconciliation, and state and federal regulatory guidelines. This role will have regular interaction with hospital staff, donors, callers, and board members with opportunities to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Provides project management support to leaders and team members. Assists with and supports team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results. Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment. Assesses situations, gathers appropriate information and input, and makes recommendations to leaders. Ensure quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department. Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting software preferred.
