Overview

We are looking for a full-time days Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie! An LCSW or LMHC is preferred, but not required. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing clinical documentation and providing feedback to Therapists and Social Workers
  • Helping create standard work to improve clinic flow
  • Enforcing the use of standard work to improve process and flow
  • Motivating, disciplining, and counseling practitioners to be their best professional self
  • Enhancing operations of the clinic by managing staff schedules and availability 
  • Monitoring resource utilization
  • Assisting in onboarding process of new employees
  • Managing time sheets and pay for direct reports
  • Providing excellent customer support and customer service

Under the supervision of the designated manager, this position oversees the patient support staff and business operations of Behavioral Health Services.

 Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred
•Knowledge of medical terminology Knowledge of insurance reimbursement including CPT/ICD coding Computer skills, EMR experience, IT knowledge, Billing applications Excellent communication, organizational and management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
