Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Clinical Risk Management to join the WCR Risk Management Team at our Lafayette location. 

This role engages in clinical risk management duties and leads the WCR clinical risk management team. The Clinical Risk Management manages business projects to achieve specific business goals, objectives, and benefits. Negotiates contracts, reviews legal documentation and provides litigation support. Drafts and edits complex agreements, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assists in the preparation of court documents. Provides management and legal advice on business issues and strategies.

 Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's or Juris Degree preferred.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Requires 2-3 years of relevant management experience.
• Requires experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
