Overview
Administrative Coordinator
Provides standard administrative and technical support to senior leader(s). Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares travel arrangements, processes invoices and expense reports, and handles inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support. Handles/screens emails including confidential emails and records with appropriate discretion and respect. Assists in drafting of various internal and external correspondence and other communications. Manages work with limited guidance and direction. Anticipates and proactively addresses administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. Assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc. Exercises sound independent judgement anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s). Patient Scheduling and patient care coordination will be key tasks in this role.
• Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
• Requires intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with Qgenda Scheduling System preferred
• Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
