Overview
Serves as health system liaison for demonstrating fund impact; develops and guides the foundation’s fund management philosophy. Works in concert with the Finance teams to continuously improve the fund disbursement process, representing the strategic needs of the foundation and the health system, its caregivers and patients. Develops relationships with fund managers within IU Health for optimal utilization of funds, identifying areas of impact and circling back to the fundraising team for ideation on how to bring more donors and increase contributions for priority funds and where impact is being made to further IU Health’s mission of making Indiana a healthier state. Collaborates with Communications and Donor Relations teams to inform Foundation stewardship reporting and stories of impact. Serves in partnership with gift officers in building bridges to health system colleagues by representing available funds.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Working knowledge of fundraising software
• i.e. Raiser's Edge.
• Proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
