Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Strategic Events Manager to join the Foundations team at our Methodist Tower location. 

The Strategic Events Manager produces high-impact, in-person and virtual touchpoints with IU Health Foundation prospects to move an opportunity forward and with donors to steward their contributions to our mission. Serves as a leader and strategic thought partner when and how face-to-face moments can deepen relationships. Crafts an events program and model that allows for and measures increased efficiency in execution, strong return on investment and consistently extends the IU Health Foundation brand and image for attendees and guests. Thinks as a strategist and executes as a tactician, engaging IUHF and IUH team members and external volunteers to contribute to success and increase mission attachment. Coaches and develops event teams to execute independently. In addition to responsibility for all other foundation events, this role is a key contributor to Rev, IU Health Foundation's signature fundraising event.

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of fundraising event experience will be considered in lieu of education requirement.
• Proven ability to plan and lead in high-complexity, high-intensity situations. Able to problem solve in the moment and mitigate risks.
