Registered Nurse - Endo - Sign on/Relocation Incentives Available!

We have a strong work family atmosphere where you develop collaborative team relationships not only with your teammates but also with our physicians as we work side by side with them for the best quality outcomes for our patients. We care for both inpatients and outpatients who need specialized Endoscopy care around the clock. We are proud of the quality patient experiences that we give to our patients, as evidenced by our patient satisfaction scores.

Our teammates help each other out when life outside of work needs you. Currently our Endoscopy weekend call rotation is four weekends off and then one weekend on call. You also have one evening / night call shift through the week. Holiday coverage is only 1-2 Holidays per year and those are covered with call only. We have a robust Unit Based Council that meets regularly to listen to the ideas of our team members and create better processes for patients and team members alike. Qualifications/knowledge/skills/abilities

• Requires current state of Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
