Job Description

Overview

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Administrative Coordinator to join the Occupational Health Services Administration team at our Downtown Indianapolis location on a weekly hybrid schedule. 

The Administrative Coordinator provides standard administrative and technical support to multiple leaders or senior leadership. Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings and events, prepares travel arrangements, processes invoices and expense reports, and handles inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support. Manages work with limited guidance and direction. Anticipates and proactively addresses administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. Assures accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc. Exercises sound independent judgement, anticipates potential issues and challenges, and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s).

Our ideal candidate would have experience managing multiple high level calendars and working with fellow administrative coordinators. Also have strong communication and organizational skills.

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
• Requires intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
