Overview
Indiana University Health is looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented leader to join our Human Resources leadership team as the Director of Human Resources for the Adult Academic Health Center.
The Director of Human Resources – Adult Academic Health Center (AAHC) leads the delivery of the comprehensive strategic HR services and support for IU Health Methodist and University Hospitals. The Director partners with business leaders to design, develop and implement employee relations, engagement, performance management, succession planning, career development, and compensation and benefits strategies, programs, and processes, in partnership with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE). This leader reports directly to and works closely with the Vice President of Human Resources for the AAHC, and is a designated member of the HR Leadership team.

This role is mostly onsite with flexibility, as needed. The Director of Human Resources for the AAHC will regularly meet with business leaders and the HR team at multiple locations in Downtown Indianapolis.
