Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a HRSS Specialist to join the HR Shared Services team at our Indianapolis Location. 

The HRSS Specialist serves as the first point of contact in the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) call center. Responds to all routine customer inquiries pertaining to general HR questions and hospital policies and procedures. Services customers by determining specific needs, answering questions, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests to resolution. Processes transactions related to Human Resources and Benefits.

 High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred. Must be HDI (Helpdesk Institute) certified within 6 months of employment. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Prior Human Resources experience preferred.
• HR data entry and call center experience preferred.
• Help Desk Institute (HDI) certification is required to have or obtain within 6 months of hire (HRSS will pay for certification).
• Requires experience in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel).
