Job Description

Overview

Assists the manager and director in planning, directing and overall operation of the assigned area. Provides direction and leadership to assigned staff and ensures that all appropriate staff job functions are performed accurately and efficiently. Delivers outstanding service to all customers. Coordinates scheduling, and monitors and ensures completion of normal work tasks for employees across a 24/7 staffing model. Assists with the transporting of patients to and from the point of service when necessary.
 High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Requires an intermediate knowledge of computers.
