Overview

The Behavioral Health Office Supervisor is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the behavioral health practice. They manage administrative staff, coordinate office activities, and support the clinical team in providing high-quality care. . They contribute to the overall success of the practice  by managing resources, maintaining compliance, and supporting the mission of the organization.

• Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance reimbursement including CPT/ICD coding
• Computer skills, EMR, IT experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
