Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our growing team as a Clinical Educator with our LifeLine program, at our Gasoline Alley location in Indianapolis.
The LifeLine Educator- Clinical, EMS Instructor Develops and implements all aspects of instruction and record keeping for Paramedic and /or EMT programs. This position ensures that the department’s mission, core values, and clinical standards of care are maintained through the education provided to students. This Educator must be able to teach from a lesson plan, assesses student practical skills, and provides positive and timely feedback. This Educator will need to be able to present information to adult learners in a controlled environment. IN Paramedic licensure preferred as well as PI certification by the state of IN.
Plans, facilitates, implements, and evaluates trainings for clinical team members. Ensures clinical instruction is properly coordinated and team members receive adequate medical and technical instruction, exposure, and experience in their professional discipline.
