Overview
Provides basic administrative and technical support for leaders and teams they support. Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates meetings, coordinates travel arrangements, processes invoices, and handles inquires as appropriate. Manages work with basic mentorship and direction. Addresses basic administrative and technical issues when they arise. Healthcare and medical terminology experience are highly preferred.
Manages work with basic guidance and direction. Great time management and organizational skills needed. We will need someone willing to learn Cerner technology and is comfortable with computers. Answering phone calls, supporting clinic needs such as obtaining orders and imaging records. Checks that all scheduled patients have correct information prior to scheduled appointment. Works with radiologists and technologists to retrieve accurate and timely information. Position works 8am-4:30pm in Breast Imaging (Mammography) department at West.
