Overview

The Director – Practice Operations for the West Central Region (WCR) provides leadership, direction, and continuous improvement for all aspects of practice operations of the organization. The Director is responsible for providing direction in developing, recommending, and implementing programs, consistent policies, procedures, processes, and practice standards across all the organization's practice locations. Participates in operational and strategic planning and the attainment of goals of the practices. Reports directly to and supports the Chief Practice Officer. This is an onsite role located in Lafayette, Indiana.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master of Health Administration or Master of Business Administration degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Requires knowledge of state and federal laws relative to the assigned area.
