Job Description

Overview

The Administrative Director – Service Line for the West Central Region serves as an influential and strategic leader across Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Allergy, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, and Neurology. This leader is responsible for the long-term vision and execution of patient service integration across the core departments for the assigned service lines. Responsible in increasing market share by leading collaborative and strategic partnerships with program leaders, hospital leadership and physicians to optimize patient experience in results, efficiencies, and value. Through the incumbent's efforts, the service lines will become known as a preeminent level of service in the community and a value-based option when deciding upon healthcare needs. This is an onsite role located in Lafayette, Indiana.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
  • Master’s Preferred.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience in designated service line area.
  • Familiarity with current research on appropriate level of care for assigned service level.
