Summary:

Provides administrative support for leaders and the Emergency division in Radiology. Manages providers schedules/calendars and handles inquiries as appropriate. Manages work with basic guidance and direction. We will need someone willing to learn the scheduling program for data entry for schedules and is comfortable with computers. Answering phone calls, supporting the administrative needs of the ER division. This position will also schedule interviews for radiology candidates, enter reimbursements for CME and certification renewals, and sending out department communications. Monday – Friday 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience with Healthcare Registration/Front Office preferred.
• Requires 0-3+ years relevant experience; previous administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Requires high proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams).
