The RN House Supervisor responsible for acting as the hospital’s administration representative to personnel, patients, visitors and the community on the off-shifts; maintaining a collaborative relationship, both interdepartmentally and intra-departmentally; facilitating communication; resolving problems and promoting quality patient care.
