Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Staff Attorney to join the Corporate Legal Services team at our Indianapolis Fairbanks location on a hybrid schedule.
The Senior Staff Attorney will advise in all corporate legal matters, with a major focus on employment and labor laws. This attorney will handle a wide range of legal responsibilities as assigned with emphasis on prevention and management of employment-related disputes, claims, litigation and agency investigations. They will assist various internal clients with particular attention to serving as a resource to Human Resource professionals. They will ensure compliance with all applicable local, state and federal statutory and regulatory requirements, including the drafting of any required position statements on behalf of any affiliate of the health system.
This candidate must be currently licensed in Indiana. No remote out of state work permitted. Our ideal candidate would also have experience managing litigation or handling litigation of employment law matters, as well as responding to agency charges and investigations and Health Law background is preferred.

- Juris Doctor degree required from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Requires law license in good standing in Indiana.
