We are seeking for a full-time Clinical Regulatory Consultant with experience in accreditation and regulatory, quality improvement, survey management, or working with the joint commission!

The Clinical Accreditation and Regulatory Consultant facilitates accreditation and regulatory compliance activities within assigned facilities and provides interfacility readiness support to other facilities across IU Health. Key job responsibilities include education, consultation and advisement with key stakeholders and leaders on accreditation/regulatory interpretations, education, training and coordination of survey preparation activities, onsite survey management and comprehensive post-survey follow-up, including written responses and assurance of comprehensive actions plans to correct deficiencies. Proactively assists in reviewing new or revised services and spaces to ensure compliance. Participates in performance activities to gain or restore compliance when needed. Provides periodic updates to leadership on status of readiness and compliance. Serves as facility liaison for communications with the Indiana Department of Health and applicable accreditating organizations.
