Overview
Are you a Radiologic Technologist who thrives on utilizing your skillset in the OR environment? Do you want to work when you are available? This position is for you! Come join our team as a PRN/Supplemental OR Rad Tech with no weekends/nights/ call/ or holidays! This position is to be available to pick up at least one (1) day shift a month, or as staffing is needed at any of the Beltway Surgical Centers throughout Indianapolis. The technologist will be responsible for running C-Arms for surgical specialties such as Orthopedics, Pain Management, Urology, and Spine procedures, and will act as a liaison between the OR Teams and Imaging Services.
This is a PRN position. The shift is days Monday thru Friday as coverage is needed, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
A Diagnostic Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. Treats patients with care and respect.
