IU Health Arnett in Lafayette, IN is currently seeking a Registered Nurse-Quality Coordinator to support the Quality and Safety team. This position works Monday-Friday, no call, no weekends, no holidays. It is a position that is mostly on-site at Arnett but has some remote work capabilities. The RN Quality Coordinator develops, coordinates, implements and evaluates the continuous quality improvement activities for assigned populations. Works independently and leads specific work groups. Performs ongoing analysis of gaps in clinical care and barriers to care, aligning interventions with the strategic plan. Facilitates the organization's performance improvement process in collaboration with project team leader(s). Conducts training/education programs for the organization staff and physicians in performance improvement methodologies, data analysis, data processing, work simplification techniques, as well as other subjects related to performance improvement. Quality improvement project coordination & leadership will be a major focus of this role.
