IU Health's System Health Solutions division is currently seeking an Integrated Behavioral Health Coach!

This position works Monday-Friday, day shift, and will be hybrid-remote, with the expectation to be on site once a month. 

New MSW grads are welcome to apply!

The Behavioral Health Coach engages patients and encourages them to take an active role in their health by providing them with the tools necessary to make healthy lifestyle choices and adopt life-long healthy behaviors. The Behavioral Health Coach helps patients unlock personal motivation to make lasting changes and simultaneously serve as the patients’ primary conduit to the health care provider as they help coordinate necessary services both within and outside of the health system. Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable of or have some understanding of cognitive behavioral approaches, short-term therapy approaches, anxiety, and depression.

• MSW strongly preferred; or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Promotion, Health Education, or a health-related field required.
• Requires 3-5 years of health coach, wellness or other applicable experience.
• Health/Wellness Coaching Certification strongly preferred.
• Requires proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Travel within the state required.
• LSW strongly preferred, but not required.
