Job Description

Overview

This pharmacist will initially support sterile compounding/production aspect of Home Infusion Pharmacy Operations. Currently, shift times fall between 7a-7p, however start and end times may be adjusted based on business need. Today, SC/Prod team members have minimal weekend/holiday responsibility but this too could change over time according to business need. May have oppty to cross train on clinical/caseload management role in the future.

 Requires current Indiana License or eligibility for Indiana licensure as a pharmacist.
• Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 and/or PGY2 pharmacy residency may be required.
