The position is based at our Eagle Highlands Surgery Center location on the west side of Indy, M-F 8a-4:30p, where you will be responsible for running C-Arms for surgical specialties such as Orthopedics, Pain Management, Spine, and Urology procedures. This position will act as a liaison between the OR Teams and Imaging Services and may have to occasionally float to our other Beltway Surgical Centers throughout Indy as staffing coverage is needed. A Diagnostic Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely fashion, while demonstrating the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric. Follows physician's instructions, prepares and operates equipment and positions patients correctly in order to record the requested diagnostic images. Treats patients with care and respect.
