Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Lead Senior Financial Analyst to join the Consolidations team at our Gateway Plaza on a hybrid schedule.
The Lead Senior Financial Analyst is a full-time position reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting and Budgeting. This position will be responsible for helping with the accounting, reporting, and budgeting function for its related facilities. This includes monthly financial reporting packages (both internal and external, in adherence with GAAP), annual operating budgets, projections, variance analysis, account analysis, implementation of procedural and reporting improvements and development of effective business relationships. In particular, this position requires technical accounting knowledge to write accounting memos and experience with researching ASC guidance. Prior audit experience is preferred as this position will be involved with the internal and external audit process. The incumbent will display effective planning and organizational skills; be results oriented; and possess the ability to competently manage multiple priorities.
