If so, IU Health is seeking a knowledgeable Project Manager with data analytics experience to join our dynamic team. This position will support and manage multiple complex projects in collaboration with others to execute on our operational and strategic objectives. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency, and overall return on investments. 

Project Management: Works with team members to develop solutions with sound methodologies, guidelines, and best practices; makes decisions and solves problems within project plan parameters; recognizes patterns, time sequences, events, or underlying issues in complex relationships; chooses the best alternative based on consideration of pros, cons, tradeoffs, timing, and available resources.

Data Analytics: Design and implement data analytics strategies and methodologies to drive impactful results by analyzing problems and opportunities, taking into account all fact-based information available to provide meaningful suggestions. Collaborates with end-users to generate, analyze, and prepare reports and dashboards to support business and clinical objectives while communicating insights to stakeholders.

Execution: Drives results by assigning clear accountability, integrating, and aligning efforts across the team, and monitoring progress against objectives. Conveys a strong sense of urgency around continuous improvement, achieving high-quality results, and accelerating business performance. Addresses problems directly and drives changes necessary to achieve business objectives.

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Healthcare Industry experience preferred.
  • Project management experience required (1-2+ years preferred).
  • PMP certification a plus.
  • Requires intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Requires knowledge of SQL programming.
  • Power BI experience preferred
