Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Lead Financial Analyst to join the Tax team at our Indianapolis location on a weekly hybrid schedule

The Senior Lead Tax Analyst – Tax is the right hand for the Tax Manager in all matters tax compliance. The job doesn’t have a busy season as we prepare for filings all year long we can divide the work throughout the year with effective communication with internal and external partners, via phone/email/teams. 

IUH Tax Team files 1120s,990s,990T plus state income tax returns. In addition IUH Inc and affiliates file property tax returns, tax exemption compliance, monthly sales tax, quarterly excise tax returns plus any other adhoc tax compliance and legal entity work.

In order to be successful, the Senior Tax Analyst is required to have excellent excel skills to analyze data to transfer data for 990s, 990T, and sales and use returns.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Degree in Finance or related field a plus.
  • Requires 3+ years of relevant financial or operational analysis experience; at least 2 years of experience in healthcare industry preferred.
  • Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets.
  • Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
