We are looking to fill a Full Time Rehabilitation Clinical Support Associate position with our Physical Therapy team at Riley Hospital. This position will work, Monday -Friday, hours varying from 7:30am to 6:00pm.
The Rehabilitation Clinical Support Associate oversees patient flow from point of entry to destination and ensures timely, accurate and professional services. They are responsible for timely and accurate resolution of patient’s accounts. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to obtaining specific information to generate accurate financial and demographic records, insurance verification, prior authorization, and coordination of benefits. They will communicate with payers and patients to achieve accurate financial information. They are responsible for accurate Registration of patients, Scheduling recurring appointments, answers incoming calls and directs patient and visitors appropriately. They will participate in operational aspects of the department and maintains performance improvement activities as required. They will participate in all infection control, department equipment training, regulatory compliance, organizational safety and fire safety programs. They order, distributes and maintains designated and appropriate inventory of department related supplies. This position adheres to departmental productivity, quality and service standards in support of operational goals.
