Job Description

Overview

The Annual Fund Analyst grows IU Health Foundation's impact by increasing the number of donors and the volume of gifts received. Engaging grateful patients, community members, volunteers and IU Health employees, the analyst ideates and executes direct response programs that inspire.

To attract new donors and retain current donors, the analyst marries traditional fundraising strategies with the latest technology and digital journeys. The work raises the profile of IU Health Foundation through highly-effective revenue-generating campaigns. The analyst monitors and analyzes appeals in real-time for both quantitative and qualitative effectiveness and adjusts the plan to capture opportunity, increase reach or clarify message for even greater impact.

The ideal candidate possesses a sharp focus on digital engagement and is adept in executing marketing communications and fundraising across various channels, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online giving platforms.

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Working knowledge of fundraising software i.e. Raiser's Edge.
• Proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
