System Health Solutions Data Analyst

The System Health Solution Data Analyst will provide daily support via reporting and analytics to System Health Solutions Clinical Operations including Home Care, Home Products, and Hospice.  The role will consist of creating data pulls and dashboards using SQL database query language that will provide insight into performance and opportunities for improvement.  The role also supports other senior members of the data and analytics team in the automation of routine data processes and creation of datasets for forecasting and modeling.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives. 
• Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives. 
• Provides data analysis support, report generation, data validation.

PREFERRED:

• Knowledge of SQL Database Language
• Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• PowerBI Dashboarding
• Experience with R & Python
• Data Automation Tools (Jams, SSIS, SSRS)

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
• Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
