Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our growing team and further our vision of making Indiana one of the nation’s healthiest states. 

This Brand Manager role develops marketing strategies to drive awareness and market capture in our specialty/home delivery pharmacy and the broader multi-site outpatient/retail pharmacy network across the state. The brand manager applies segmentation and voice of customer insights to service adoption with a variety of audiences. This role works directly with the Pharmacy leadership team to develop marketing plans focused on revenue growth while supporting day-to-day marketing and internal communications needs. 

This is a Hybrid role with a required 2 days per week on site at Fairbanks and ISC and 2-3 days per week remote. 

Key Activities

  • Develops and implements the system Pharmacy brand plan to reach patient acquisition goals, in partnership with other marketers, pharmacy team members and shared support services. 
  • Builds and fosters collaborative partnerships with leaders, stakeholders, marketers, and other partners. 
  • Seeks insights through voice of customer research and applies customer segmentation insights to marketing tactics such as CRM. 
  • Supports B2B marketing and communication efforts with payors, health plans and other health systems as the brand plan determines. 
  • Leads the develop and execution of internal communication strategies among pharmacy team members across multiple locations to support team member engagement goals. 
  • Monitors and interprets performance data, along with competitive market data and trends; identifying opportunities and reporting results.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, critical thinker, highly organized, resourceful and a strong communicator and collaborator, with keen attention to detail, the ability to manage projects with sound methodologies and the desire to pursue a career in healthcare for a mission-driven organization.

 Bachelors Degree Required. Masters Preferred.
•5-7 years of relevant experience. Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Journalism, or healthcare-related field preferred Experience in a healthcare related industry preferred. Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
