Overview

An exciting internship designed to give the intern the unique opportunity to shadow and collaborate with an executive from Riley Children’s Health! This internship will occur for up to three months during the summer of 2024. this role will be 20-40hrs per week with 50% onsite shadowing and project support and 50% experiential. 

The Administrative Intern will collaborate with leadership and team members to complete strategic projects, which may cover topics including finance, accounting, marketing, operations, and/or other areas. Attend meetings and report on issues and decisions relevant to assigned project(s). Provides operational and administrative support to complete various functions and tasks. Creates correspondence among team members to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Completes additional tasks, including but not limited to: Data collection (coordinate and direct), managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas and other materials for meetings with leaders and team members.


 Requires current enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, and/or Master's Degree Program.
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
